Love & Lumber is a newer business, but the experience behind it goes back much further. Before Love & Lumber, Director of Operations Dustin Reinecke owned and operated DNA Property Specialties for 11 years, personally selling and handcrafting hundreds of projects including fences, decks, pergolas, gates and specialty outdoor construction.
That background also includes extensive work with HOAs and POAs, as well as Realtors needing make-ready repairs and property improvements. It gives our team practical experience with projects that involve more than just the build itself—site access, neighborhood requirements, coordination and the details needed to move a project from estimate to completion.
