Love & Lumber Fence Co. is a newer company, but the construction experience behind it is not. Before Love & Lumber, Director of Operations Dustin Reinecke owned and operated DNA Property Specialties for 11 years.
During that time, Dustin personally sold and handcrafted hundreds of projects—from fences, decks and pergolas to gates, specialty outdoor structures and one-of-a-kind builds. That background continues to shape how Love & Lumber approaches estimating, planning and construction today.
The experience also includes extensive work with HOAs and POAs and frequent make-ready work for Realtors, along with the coordination that comes with neighborhood requirements, property improvements and time-sensitive projects.
When permitting is required for a Love & Lumber project, we typically take care of the applicable permitting process on the customer's behalf. Our goal is to make the project easier to manage while keeping the scope and communication clear from the beginning.
